Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we issue confirmation. Online payments are marked paid only after verification from the payment provider. Stock is reserved at order creation.
Delivery
Dhaka orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days; other districts within 3–5. Delivery timing is an estimate, and we will share any material delay.
Returns
Unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact media@bangladeshwatchclub.com before sending an item back. Faulty or incorrect items are collected at our cost.
